Rugby Skills

Today we had rugby skills in the Pavilion. We started with a warm up of jogging around and doing different things when they were called out. We did logs, upside-down turtles, bears and

We learned how to pass and catch the ball

We were pretty good at doing this

Then we got instructions on how to run round and touch or pass the ball. This was really fun when we weren't taking extra balls.

Then we put on the Velcro waistbands and we had either red or yellow tags on our hips

 
If red was called yellow had to chase them and rip off a tag. 
If yellow was called red had to chase them and rip off a tag. 
This was a bit confusing and we tried it different ways

Then we played Tag Bullrush. Kyden and Marley got past Dekan but lots of us got caught. It was great fun and we all really enjoyed ourselves.
