For our class Easter activities we worked on an Easter Activity Book, created these cute little Easter Bunnies and made Easter Nests that had little chocolate eggs.

Recipe for the Edible Easter Baskets

160g Kremelta

2 1/2 c Rice Bubbles

1/3 c Icing Sugar

1 tblsp Cocoa

1/3 c Long Shredded Coconut to make it look authentic

Mix the dried ingredients while the Kremelta is melting. Add the Kremelta to the dry ingredients. Mix well and mould into nest shapes. This recipe makes 4 or 5 nests depending on the size of your eggs.
